what the fuck was the point of roman winning back the title of tribal chief if he's slowly soft retiring and only ever going to show up for the big PPV's now?

if they're adding more samoans to the nu-bloodline faction wouldn't it make MORE sense to have just kept solo as the leader to lead to plot later where somebody turns on him?
