that said, just realized that 1/4 of the yearly ples flagship match is "win and you get a title shot of your choosing"
i know it's supposed to be to elevate talent, but as of late it just seems like lazy booking to toss around title shots like candy

Karrion Kross, because it maximizes his screen time and gives him something to talk about other than other wrestlers. Hold it for an absolute ridiculous time maybe even all the way to mania or just before it.
Preferably a successful cash-in that's appropriately elaborate for fucking around talking about tick tock for years.
I don't even care about the actual run with the title, just chicken shit and do crushes and 1 or 2 good defense in PLE before losing it. It would be satisfying.

And for women, I think it's gonna land on Roxanne Perez, which is a decent choice but Chelsea or Niven could get good value from it too and be entertaining with it.
