TJPW is mostly silly and cutesy stuff (fighting mascots is far from the silliest stuff they've done, and they're the ones that do the "singing" stuff and all that). Stardom is more match based. Marigold is matched based as well but has mostly rookies on the roster.
Now you know more about the joshi scene than you ever wanted to.
