Best? Kenny, but it wasn't perfect. Still better than his IWGP title reign though.

I do not know how worst can be anything other than CM Punk.
Someone would have to die immediately after winning the belt to have a worse run than Punk.

And thinking about the spectacle of that alone as I type it, I realize that even THAT might be a better reign than Punk’s. It would be tragically storybook.
