>>17696719This is the shit we're all talking about though, constantly conflating pro wrestling with pro wrestling matches. The same way political types conflate climate change with man-made climate change, evolution with macroevolution, and every other GIANT umbrella that they rush to apply 1 singular label to to hijack. You can be upset with the amount and structure of WWE matches while still believing its the best overall wrestling company.
Pro wrestling has always been much more than matches. Go on YouTube and look around, even for all things non-WWE, you'll see promos and angles and interviews all over the place with much more views than full 15-20+ minute matches. If ever there was a full 2 hour documentary made on Toni Storm vs Mariah May, it would be about 5-10 minutes of match footage and the rest telling the story, interviews, unseen footage. That's wrestling in the eyes of everyone who isn't an autistic, dickhead, gatekeeping retard. Characters> Story > Matches.
