Objectively, best has to go to biggest draws. Hulk Hogan drew for 20 years and was far more than a wrestler, motherfucker was like He-Man come flesh. Hogan being the GOAT, being the Jordan or the Ruth or the Brady of wrestling should not be understated. The reason why Randy Savage is so over with people still is a direct result of how fucking over Hogan was. But overall, who can really be compared to Hogan in AWA, Hogan in Japan, Hogan in WWF, Hogan in WCW and even working in Hogan in TNA just to pad his numbers? Austin only has like 2 big years. The Rock is a main eventer for like 4-5 years total. You can't really credit Undertaker because he's the Andre the Giant attraction and not the main eventer who carries the company.
