Me too. I watch both. I follow New Japan more closely but that's just because there's more accessibility for English speakers. I'm excited to watch the big NOAH show this weekend though.

NOAH has a really lackluster junior scene so having Bushi at least gives them another guy to run. Naito is harder to predict since who knows if he's actually sending feelers to AEW or if he's just pretending he is to throw people off. Not that it matters since Naito will be out for the rest of the year to heal.
