>Have an enrollment period or something where like two or three times a year you can have some sort of company sponsored glamshots taken, talent doesn't have to pay for the photographer>Have them sign them and sell them on the shop and give them whatever their merch cut is.>Talent agrees not to sell any picture unauthorized photographs while under contract>Once they're all gone or if the talent gets released they get the rights to use it however they please>Throw in like 50-100 8x10s of whatever they shoot and they can use them for conventions or other any business they do after they leave
