And there’s zero nuance, to them a grieving person who has been sad for weeks has “major depressive disorder”. Then when they’re put on SSRIs and have an adverse reaction like hypo mania, they’re diagnosed with bipolar disorder and require more pills that cause even further damage.
And like you said, suddenly gender dysphoria is no longer a disorder and the treatment is to now give in to people’s delusions. How convenient.
