I don't even like the UAMFBN, but spectacle is a part of wrestling and all elaborate spots are a trade-off of the necessary set-up vs how impressive looking they are.
Taker's set-up is more minimal/well thought-out and the trade-off visual you receive is greater. That is an objective view of both spots in parralel devoid of company context.
