Other than the old hardcore belt, the Speed one is where I thought they intentionally want to make sure even casual fans know it doesn't represent a top tier wrestler. They can't say that out loud though and instead try to use it to help appease the locker room and the complaints about not getting pushed.

Speed Championships only exist because Elon was desperate to turn Twitter into a video platform with original programming. As soon as that deal expires, they're going right in the trash and will never be mentioned again.
