>>17755464I followed her on YouTube for a while. I think she just lost interest.
She started off making movie reviews because she wanted to be like RedLetterMedia at YourMovieSucks. She got into wrestling because her boyfriend, now her husband, was into it. She made some videos about AEW and those are the videos that really took off. Far more views than anything else she did, and she ended up getting in twitter beefs with Tony Khan after one of her videos got a copyright strike from AEW. I think one of the FTR guys chimed in too.
Anyway, those videos blowing up actually hurt her in a few ways. One was a lot of the attention she got was from mentally ill AEW fans who hate her. And second, wrestling wasn't the thing she cared about most. She was a legitimate fan, but she started out making movie reviews and her wrestling content was a side thing. But because it was what drove the views, she had to keep doing it. But it also fucked up her algorithm because YouTube was seeing that most people who were subscribed to her were only watching some of her videos, the wrestling ones, not the movie ones. Eventually she tried to fix it by opening a channel only for wrestling, called GOC Wrestling, and the original GirlOnCinema channel would only be for movies. But she deleted all the old wrestling videos from the original channel and reuploaded them to the new channel, and that fucked yo her algorithm even more. And ultimately I think she was a little discouraged by her low views and the hate she got from the AEW fans. Her updates got less and less frequent until she was basically gone.
I also think she's prone to lose interest in things. Her onlyfans started out with photoshoots they'd put a lot of work into, with cool outfits and backdrops. That fell by the wayside I think. She still does the onlyfans but I don't think she puts that kind of effort into it anymore, but it's still regular income for her I guess.
