What is there to know?
She decided to hog out and refused to put any effort into her appearance and as a result it effected her ringwork and instead of doing anything about it she doubled down and seethed about people who le bodyshame her, so everybody who could have cared about her lost all interest.

She just joined AEW too late. Had she joined when it first started, she would have been pushed and featured. But it's 5 years later and the women's roster is better. She's a decent wrestler but her style doesn't make for her exciting short TV matches and she refuses to lose weight. She's also never going to outpolitic Mone or Toni.

She'd be best off just going back to TNA.

It's pretty simple, she got fat and her gimmick is crap, she portrays herself as a top level technical wrestler yet she barely does anything technical in her matches apart from a submission finished she wrestles basically the same way every other girl does

she got fat and complacent at the top of the card wrestling shitters for years on end which made her sloppy by the time she went to AEW not to mention her wrestling style is way too slow and glacial for the AEW audience

She got over because she excels at wrestling a slow burn psychological style, which suits TNA, but doesn't at AEW where you need to flip for gifs or wrestle at 100mph to get overr because that's what Dave Meltzer has trained them to think is the only style of good wrestling.
