The WWE weekly shows rarely have huge main events, world title changes or big feud payoffs. Io got a world title change a few months ago, before that it's 2021 for the last world title change (excluding cash-ins). The weekly shows are just there to make promo packages for the real shows.

I said this would happen last year. Unless you've got money to burn, why would you go back? Especially now with nothing paticularly exciting happening. You can watch Jey YEET on youtube and save your cash. The shows now just kinda feel like something to experience once and you tick it off the list. Only true fans are going to go every time they come back. The normies and lapsed fans were likely bored out of their minds.

Smackdown got quite good when they first brought back the brand split and had separate PPVs. Just letting creative hunker down and make their shows as good as possible. It's still split creative now but because PPVs are all joint there's always this layer of interference in the show and creative probably can't just build what they want to build without getting fucked with.

That's all on Dwayne because he's butthurt he didn't get the love before WM 40 and wanted Cody to get the title off of Roman. That's why, after saying Mania was coming to New Orleans, that he wanted Cody's soul, then no-showed everything up to, and past WM41. He just wanted to kill the momentum and story progression to fuck Cody and Hunter over.

if a concert is 9.5k than wrestling is max 7k since a tv taping wrestling setup takes up more space than an end stage concert. ring area alone would take away at least 500 seats, then the entrance area is curtained off whereas a concert those seats would be used f, easily around 1.5k less seating for a wrestling taping than a concert
