Ruthless Aggression era would have 4-5 different stories and feuds that had nothing to do with the titles. It was still engaging. It was still sometimes more interesting than other fictional programs at the time.
Oh and during the 2010s the Payperview roster got incredibly stale. Just outrageously fucking stale. The WWE was suffering from the same things that killed off several old territories. Trips and his close friends and like five guys. Thats it.
Its been over for years. The damage has been irreparable for a decade.
