There's no basis for asserting that Jay White wouldn't have done well in NXT and would have been axed. He's performed great elsewhere. Likewise, he was absolutely buried in AEW and claiming it didn't happen is disingenuous.
Here's how a debate works: person A makes an assertion. Without evidence, an assertion is countered by a counter-assertion so person B makes one. It's then on person A to either back their initial assertion or go home. Person B has no burden of proof because person A is the person who opened their fat mouth in the first place.
