>>17838701 Nobody is saying Logan Paul ain't putting in work that shows he deserves to be on the big PLE card or that he isn't pulling in attention.that benefits the company. Some dumb marks who hold grudges about a bad youtube video 15 years ago need not be considered. Nobody says that Bad Bunny either because it's good business and great performances
It's about how people working only as wrestlers and being previously hindered by management decisions limiting their opportunities are now in disadvantage against people who are famous for reasons OUTSIDE of wrestling, or were granted those major pushes by the company years prior that they are losing opportunities and exposure to. That creates a weird juxtaposition for the "daily workforce" whose expected to be more over to get to those spot but also competing against EXISTING PART TIME star and, media juggernauts like Logan or even Pat McAfee.
At the same time old "hard work and grind" ethic is required from wrestlers and has to be because they produce the core of the biz, workers that are willing to do the house shows to build their rep INSIDE the fanbase. Yett the emphasis of booking is on the big names famous OUTSIDE of the wrestling bubble that makes said "in the business" work less valuable for getting on the card when it matters
Logan Pauls bullshit buddies that do jackshit get spots with the biggest names of the company on Logan's back because they are famous. Travis Scott gets to do the 3 worst features in history because he's famous, and god forbid if another famous dude actually shows some interest and any mediocre talent to be an wrestler they'll be on that PC to PLE card train ASAP, years of that grind of some other dude needing that spotlight to raise their stocks be damned.
That's the shoot part of that worked shoot promo
