As far as I'm concerned, they should be proud every time Hollywood tempts their wrestlers away from them. That's the sign that they're building wrestlers properly who are actual stars
And it's not like every wrestler is gonna end up pulling a Dwayne. His situation was a once-in-a-blue-moon Hollywood success story for a wrestler. Most wrestler-turned-actors eventually either fizzle out or have a lackluster Hollywood career, then come running back to the ring. Even Hogan couldn't pull it off
