Like every heel who isn't a monster, she just needs a good feud, they need to put her with somebody who can work and with a semblance of fire and she needs to do something dastardly terrible to them, then keep rolling. Jordynne or Bianca could be good choices. But they clearly see the potential.
Since they've associated her with SD and Steph with Raw down to the color schemes and shit I think that's the long term plan for a big feud
