Bad genetics leading to a genetic disease. Based on my vast knowledge of 30 seconds on google it sounds like Klinefelter syndrome, a genetic disease where men end up with an extra X chromosome making them XXY.

Klinefelters have wide hips, bitch tits, small hands, tiny balls, lack of body hair, and lanky kong arms. That sounds like Andre Chase to me.
