He would also add a lot more structure to the mid and lower card. More people would be recurring characters, but anyone on the roster who wasn't picked would basically be a jobber. He'd try to build up some epic main-event match, but it would be too predictable so everyone would already know that the match is going to happen and who's going to win months in advance. 50% chance that he realizes the angle is too predictable and throws in a nonsensical curveball to shake things up, but that curveball just makes things worse and also ruins whatever interest there still was in the angle.
Tony hotshots literally every every interesting feud you could have with the current roster. He'll waste matches that could main-event wrestlemania on the midcard of throwaway PLE's. He's have matches that could main-event a PLE on raw. He'd try so hard to hype up every match and PLE that it all turns into white noise and he can't hype anything, even wrestlemania. Every single "you deserve it!" championship will be handed out, 90% of the time the WWE champion will be a guy who had potential but has gotten stale, and who everyone thinks has held the title for too long (he'll keep retaining it though). Also he'll do random shit for "nostalgia" even if it makes no sense, like bringing back the WCW big gold but not merging it with the current WHC, so we just have two WHC's.
