The most seasoned person currently on the roster is Syuri. There are no big names I'm aware of who "understand the business" behind the scenes. The roster is becoming crowded and multi-woman matches are becoming the norm. Having Tam back stage might help because she "gets it" but I'm not sure how many others truly do.
Contrast this with Marigold. Roster is more green, sure. But they've got Rossy, who's been doing this for years. Fuka backstage. Who knows if Nanae stays involved now that she's retired. Mayu. Roster is smaller which allows more highlighting of talent. Strong super rookies. Matches and shows feel more structured and focused.
I still prefer Stardom at the moment but can't say whether that will be the case in a couple years unless there are certain course corrections.
