When WWE opened the UK performance center they had a press event with a pseudo tryout that they brought her in for. She had made a pretty decent following for herself on social media by then. She eventually started getting booked in the US and then Stardom wanted to bring her in which is where she and Mina Shirakawa formed their group. By the time she was done in Japan she had offers from both WWE and AEW. She picked AEW because TK sold her on the story with Toni. Jump ahead 2 years and she's in NXT
