It was a "work" when he seduced Steph and politicked to change the Test/Steph romance angle to put himself at the center, steal all of Test's heat, and then bury him into the ground. It was a "work" when Cunter booked himself as a top guy for years, giving long, boring 20 minute promos to open Raw and had go away heat. It was a "work" when Cunter buried any rising star with more charisma, or even established stars brought in from other promotions that might challenge his spot.
