Tony wanted the tape library for himself which was understandable since it contained the first All In show and hours of old footage of the main AEW guys.
But why Tony rebranded AEW Dark to "ROH on HonorClub" and locked it behind a paywall is completely beyond my understanding. Even the usual sort of criticisms leveled at Tony "well he's just a mark" don't help, because if that was the explanation then he'd book more than squashes on that show. I have zero idea why it continues to exist.
