Most likely you were using a Proxy or VPN set to .KG, but it's much more fun to just call you Kyrgyzstani outright. Are you new to the internet or something? The same thing would happen if you used a Google link from .ph or .bd, people would accuse you of being a Bangladeshi or Filipino.
Continuing to insist you did it to "trick" everyone, while not doing it with any other links/screenshots/pictures, is a very odd thing to do. But then again, using proxy/VPN is against the rules, so it makes sense you wouldn't admit to that.
