because the performance center and nxt are in orlando and most of them live in florida because the lack of state income taxes saves them money and significantly simplifies their tax filings, a lot of the housing is relatively cheap (plus NXT dorms) and all the other wrestlers live there. So they all live like 20 mins from disney and universal. The only thing there that might not be good might be the schools but most of them don't have kids and the ones who do can afford to send their kids to private schools
