I don't disagree but we're arguing the same issues from different angles. AEW stars have egos, obsess over online fan support/criticism, don't want to wrestle unless they're doing Meltzer Bangerz for 15+ minutes, so as a result their top stars sit out far too often and the card is filled with Garcia, Cole and Yuta instead of MJF (4 AEW matches in 2025), Hangman (12), Willow (11) and other fan favorites. These aren't 40+ year olds with extensive injury histories, these are wrestlers in the prime of their career who just don't FEEL like wrestling every single week, and it's costing the company dearly.
You know how often AEW goes to Texas? Well, MJF has wrestled ONE TIME in Texas since February 2023. ONE. That's madness. Willow hasn't wrestled in Florida since January 2024. AEW hasn't run a show in New York for all of 2025 so far and may not do so until Grand Slam in September. It's just bad planning as it relates to building and maintaining a paying ticket-buying fanbase, not just an IWC, Cagematch cheerleading fanbase
