That people think he’s owed a title shot is Dana’s fault for putting an interim title on him. He’s never headlined a PPV, he’s never drawn a fucking dime.
It’s more of a condemnation of the heavyweight division that this the most interesting specimen they can produce. No one knows if he’ll be completely gassed by the 3rd round let alone the 5th.
He’s crushed a few cans and never were style bums. Yet reddit and jewtube personalities act like he’s owed something or that Jon not wanting to fight him is indicative of anything other than he’s a literal who. There’s no upside to fighting the guy. He doesn’t add a single buy to the PPV, he doesn’t do anything for his legacy and maybe he beats Jones, so there’s zero incentive to take the fight.
