if it's world titles in general, it's absolutely stephanie. she's so over, as long as HHH doesn't fumble (knock on wood), she'll win a world championship by the end of next year. i'd put roxanne after and giulia last.
if it's for the women's WWE specifically, it has to be giulia just by virtue of being on the same show as that title.
