Triple H don't know how to be a creative booker, so he gets his ideas from the IWC, thus he listens to your ideas get heard and get put out on television.
My ideas that could really help improve the ratings, never get heard and put on TV.

I think the problem is that the people running WWE right now had all of the success handed to them on a silver platter. They never really had to compete with another company before now (since the early 2000's) and they just don't have the fire in their belly anymore. It won't get any better while the old guys are still running things. Although they seem more interested in milking it for all its worth rather than making good TV, so maybe that's not their priority.

Triple H, Ari Emanuel, Nick Khan and The Rock, and even Vince McMahon, Eric Bischoff, Vince Russo and Paul Heyman... none of them can relate to Millennials, and Vince, Bischoff and Russo are completely out of touch.
Shawn Michaels is the only one from his era who can actually relate to millennials.
but even then, pro wrestling as a whole needs a hard reset like what's going on with real world politics right now
