Think about goku vs Vegetas first fight. Both had the highest power levels for the time. But then you get to namek and there's all there's guys that are even stronger and that danger creates suspense. A good story is predicated on building new strong characters, and protecting them. This isn't a new concept. But most wrestling fans and Goldberg are fucking morons so this fundamental concept is lost. The other poster is correct, Goldberg no selling the chops shits on all the new generation who does sell it. Was the spot worth it? Was goldbergs ego adequately satisfied? Is this the ultimate valuable pay off from building up gunthers chops? This spot in goldbergs retirement match on a b level paper view?
