for me its when someone irish whips the other into the ropes and ducks for some reason just to get kicked in face

The duck is because they are attempting a back body drop. But their opponent is able to stop running and kicks them in the face. It's an obvious counter.

Highly choreographed spots where two guys spam pins/finishes/moves/flips and no sell all of it. It always looks stupid and lame. I hated it in ROH, I hated it in PWG, I hated in NJPW, I hated in NXT black and gold, and I hate it to this day.

i dont like when guys dont just abandon ship on big moves that are going to slow. like if youre doing a top rope brainbuster and slip, immediately reset course and just go to the next spot. i dont think absurdly convoluted moves are bad, but if you cant do them fast enough for it to work you gotta just take a back bump or lock a hold and move on
