>>18307243headcanon? Nah nah, I know little bro you and Tony didn't spend time in school so let me break it down to you very simple like:
To be profitable you have to make money over expenses. Don't matter how much revenue you create because you are operating at a loss, which means you aren't profitable
AEW is NOT at all profitable.
AEW ran at a reported somewhere around 76 MILLION IN LOSSES last year. It means it spend above 76 million to run the show, merch and events and didn't break even.
It hasn't drastically altered it's roster of dozens of talent racking in millions a year so it's talent expenses are the same.
It has downsized it's venues and lost attendance and viewership AKA lost ticket sales.
It's biggest drawing show is an overseas show with added production costs.
Compared to last year, it has lost one tv show so it's not getting paid for it.
The way it's going this year you'll see Tony break the record on yearly losses for any wrestling promotion. Eat your heart out Herb Abrams UWF
In comparison if TNA makes one cent over expenses and it's already profitable, +76 million dollars more profitable
