honestly though if you don't have a tolerance 7-OH will give you a much better high. I'd say around 25=0-30mg or so 7-OH would be similar to 110mg mit depending how your body takes it.

shit can give you a decent little close to nod type feeling if you haven't done it. Get that nice itchy feeling. Unfortunately you don't really get any respiratory depression on this shit though so it's not a proper nod. In fact I find taking higher doses of 7-OH or mit right before bed makes it harder to sleep. 7-OH in particular.
