I can see somebody listening to these as actual songs. I'd count Gunther and Liv's for being recognizable, but they are unlistenable once you're past the first 20 seconds. The rest is indefensible.

Making the music in-house was a big fat mistake, I know it saves tons of money but was it really that expensive to come up with a deal with some big label like Sony for the use of some songs for wrestlers?

it was a legal issue if i remember right. Johnson and WWE co-hold rights to everything hes written but one of the terms was Johnson had to clear with WWE before the music was used outside of WWE. WWE would always say no, impeding Johnson to be able to make money off his most well known work so he sued them and they said "Lol we have CFO$ now..."

he gave one shoot interview in like...2022 and im prtty sure thats his story
