I read an explanation once that the Harris Twins (and people like Taker) were really into biker aesthetic, and in the 80s-90s that meant Nazi aesthetic in order to shock and be an "outlaw." This kind of makes sense to me - I don't think at that point in their lives they were imagining they'd be on national TV and the Internet, but it still means that someone should've went "hey, cover them the fuck up."

they did a royal rumble stream with all the games and were raising money for charity for it. they were halfway to their goal of 5 grand when one of their regulars pointed out the money was going to slip and the others on stream pointed out slip was crying about being a piece of shit and was going to commit an hero so johnny had to leave to talk him down. the excuse was that slip was streaming before them and they simply forgot to change the paypal donation links from slips to the charity one. an innocent person wouldn't have freaked out like him if it was true. they still sweep to this day it was a non malicious mistake.
