Kurt Steven Angle (born December 9, 1968) is an American retired professional wrestler and amateur wrestler. Currently, he is a sports analyst for Real American Freestyle. He first earned recognition for winning a gold medal in freestyle wrestling at the 1996 Summer Olympics despite competing with a broken neck and achieved wider fame and recognition for his tenures in WWE and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). He is considered one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time.

A while ago I had considered to be "amazing but not top ten" but sometime over the last few weeks or days I've just been feeling different. Like I rewatched clips and I guess over the days, it just kind of switched for me.
Angle is genuinely at LEAST top 5 wrestlers. Ever. Not number 1 for me, but absolutely top 5. Maybe 3 at most. And this is for western wrestlers, for any jap spergs who somehow pop in.
But goddamn, this nigga is good. I guess being an actual athlete who won an olympic medal helps out.

Kurt Angle is probably the most complete wrestler to have ever graced Pro Wrestling and it had to come from a guy who wasn't even a fan of the business initially, he can be a goofy retard with a small hat, a nasty brutal heel, a sex pervert, an authoritarian GM, the biggest All-American babyface, a total cool badass, all the while having amazing in-ring skills for much of his prime years

A lot of the all-time greats tend to be really really good at their gimmick, you got Shawn Michaels as the cocky smug asshole, Steve Austin, the badass no nonsense beer drinking anti-hero that takes no shit from anyone, The Rock, the master of trash talking, Undertaker, perfectly selling his role as the deadman, but I dont any wrestler like Kurt was given so much varying personality changes over the years and knocked it out of the park every time
