The fact Skid Row is still an actual place and not some fan made Fallout invention, and that it's been around for decades is a prime example. Where is the money for the poor there? Cali is a blue state and has been for most of the time Skid Row has existed. Water gets poisoned, the price of food goes up, your taxes money is given to facilitate another country's medical coverage for all of its citizens and no one says shit.
