giulia is white which is a novel gimmick for a joshi, she looks different enough that she can get away with it
they've also traditionally grouped them together until they put giulia on smackdown. so unless you're naming a joshi that does something that really sets them apart from the rest of the pack, i don't think they'd go for her because they already have a "default joshi" in kairi and don't need more of them.
