It’s all done to spite Roman Reigns because the majority white fanbase doesn’t want a Samoan as the face of the company, everything Cody does is a bland and boring retread of what Roman has already done but nowhere near as compelling or interesting.

His match with Cena at SummerSlam was a tryhard version of the classic Roman and John had at SummerSlam 2021 down to Brock returning post match and yet everyone’s pretending it was a 5 star classic, Meltzer is literally going out of his way to give Cody 5 star matches against Roman’s best opponents to send a message, Roman had better matches against AJ and Logan than Cody did yet Cody’s matches received 5 stars, how can anyone say this isn’t bias, I’d go as far as to say that it’s racism even.

Fans were sick of Roman Reigns dominance and ran to the first thing that didn’t have Vince McMahon stink over it and now have to continue to eat of it and convince themselves it’s actually good because they’re scared of Roman coming back and taking the top spot again
