Basically you give boy scouts some guns and tell them to defend the motherland along side the remnants of the actual army being crushed between idiot allies and vile bolsheviks, together working towards a better world of international banking cartels and financial ruin through arms race, not to forget paying for the "god's chosen's" efforts to prove how horrible they are and what atrocities they are willing to commit to just to get even more land than they were given.
