>>18602346yes & no. hulk hogan was an international hero and the biggest star under the wwf company model. bruno was probably the greatest territory guy off all time. flair tho, he was a star in all the territories that faced the local stars. he'd go to dallas for the von erichs & st louis & mephis & florida & tokyo and draw the crowd for local fed. then go back on tbs to draw money for georgia, before going to south africa or poland.
after the territories, flair was still very good, still made money but the thing he did absolutely better than anyone just didn't exist anymore.
