The whole thing’s just this weak, confused storyline about one guy, Tenchi, surrounded by a bunch of girls who for some reason all fall for him. And I’m sitting there thinking… why? There’s nothing special about this guy. He’s got no character, no charisma, no depth. He’s just there. Yet the show acts like he’s the center of the universe. That doesn’t make sense."
