I will concede though it probably isnt a work and there are simpler explanations for why Hart didnt sue, such as future business endevours, his brother's benefit, maybe he felt vindicated enough when he punched McMahon that he didnt need to sue. He is a bit old school. His old man could have talked him out of it. Most likely McMahon felt somewhat betrayed by Bret, felt backed into a corner, and it went down the way everyone said.
