Get some light cardio. Start slow. No more than 15 minutes, three times a week to start. Each week, add a little more time. Work your way up to 30 minutes five times a week at a decent pace. Goal is not to overwhelm yourself.
Cardio will give you energy. With that energy, take up lifting. Whole body exercises. Something like Strong Lifts or Starting Strength will help. Eating is an asset when you're lifting because you need calories to put on muscle.
