Because no one wants to work with or book someone who will intentionally hurt other wrestlers. Off the top of my head though, there was one time in Stardom where some big ugly bitch shoot beat the fuck out of some other joshi so bad she had to retire. And in AAA Sexy Star (same one from LU) shoot broke Rosemary's (TNA wrestler) arm.
