Karlie tried to advance her career by hitting on Jericho, who reciprocated and justified flirting with her to Hagar by pulling the open marriage card. BUT Jericho had to be blackout drunk to get the courage to sleep with Karlie and afterwards had adulterer's remorse and ended the affair the next day, then pressured her into signing the NDA once he realized that since he was blackout drunk, she could cry rape and he couldn't refute it.
