Right so it's basically this

I'm all for unionisation but I'm really not understanding their complaint here.

The thing that I really don't understand is why there's such so much heat over this considering the crew AEW uses isn't just union, but they belong to the same organization as the people that are throwing a fit (AEW uses IATSE 115).

Well, look at it from the worker's POV who usually crew the venue. AEW is taking up several dates where normally, they would be working concerts, comedy shows, etc.

Think of it this way. Detroit Lions show up to Jacksonville for a game and force all of Shadid's stadium and event staff to stay home, because Detroit brought the Ford Field Team with them to run the event instead.

What Tony and AEW are doing is fucked up.
