>>18675606I had already been into TNA since nearly the beginning, grew up in bumfuck TN and the local WB affiliate outta Nashville would air it at 11am CST on Saturday mornings cartoons. Fav guys were 3LK & Monty Brown. Hated all the old authority figure stuff with like Dusty Rhodes & Larry Zbyszko & Jarrett. When they added Raven and then Jeff Hardy I was hooked. I still watched WWE but always rooted for TNA, when they got on Spike and stole Christian away I really thought they were going to beat wwe and become the big cool new wrestling company that everybody watched like WCW used to be when i was a kid. Then they got Angle, but whenever I'd try talking about TNA to the few kids who still watched wrestling by this point they'd always say TNA was gay and preferred wwe.
WWECW always sucked to me. ROH was just something I read about and heard about but I had no idea what it was or how to watch it. Didn't really see the point at the time since it seemed like TNA always got the best of ROH anyway. But yeah, CM Punk was maybe the only good thing I remember about WWECW. I liked The Sandman and was always excited to see him but WWE ruined him by making him a jobber, plus the failed new breed etc, punk was literally the one bright spot on the Kane/Big Show/Mark Henry show
